Microsoft 365 - Access Level 2

Overview

This 1-day, hands-on course is based on the current Microsoft 365 Access application. Participants using Access 2016 or later will be able to follow along, although some of the newest features may not be available in older versions.

This course is designed for learners with intermediate experience using Access or databases equivalent to On-Track Microsoft 365 Access Level 1. Self-taught users may find this course a valuable refresher.

Microsoft Access is a powerful relational database application that enables users to store, organize, and analyze data efficiently. This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of database design and progresses through advanced techniques for creating queries, forms, reports, and automation tools. Learners will gain practical skills to build and manage databases, integrate Access with other Microsoft applications, and apply best practices for data integrity and security. By the end of the series, participants will be equipped to use Access confidently for real-world business and data management tasks.

Prerequisites

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access equivalent to Level 1.
