Mastering Advanced Team Communication & Conflict for Today's Leaders
As a leader, effective communication is a matter of getting to know what makes the individuals on your team tick on a personal level. The ability to make meaningful personal connections with your fellow team members is imperative as you work closely together to accomplish your goals. Studies show that, through strong communication we can get more done, more effectively, and more quickly than when the lines of communication break down. How do we ensure effective communication on our team? And how does our communication impact how people perform?
Take this opportunity to master the skills that are now needed to be an effective leader, within the complexities that exist in today's organizations.
Effective communication prevents conflict and employee disengagement in the work place. It also allows you to communicate in an "Adult to Adult" approach and thus creating a team culture around motivation and success.
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. The question is how do we manage and deal with conflict in the moment to ensure a restored sense of balance and resolution?
